Eagles nesting

Once again there are eagles nesting in a tree near Russel Road Park in Kent Wa. This pair has been here for about 3 years now and it is time for the eggs to have hatched, although the eaglets are still too small to see.

They fly out to nearby ponds in an attempt to catch fish but I have not seen them bring anything back yet. I'm sure they must be successful once in a while and hopefully I will be around when they bring something back.
